A: Newcastle Realty Partners, Inc. a Real Estate Education Company issues a Certificate of Achievement for completing the 6 hr program.
Q: What CE classes do you teach? A: We are Illinois and Indiana licensed CE instructors and offer our 3 hr elective CE COM1000 & 6 hr elective CE COM1002
Q: Who are the instructors? A: Paul Martis-Broker Associate & Jack Dunholter-Broker Associate/CCIM/CPA/MBA and both instruct at all 3 hour and 6 hour CE courses and workshops.
Q: If I can't attend your CE course can I purchase the financial models available on CD? A: Yes, go to the "Product Ordering" page and follow the directions, look for a discount coupon if available.
Q: If I want to buy the financial models cd at a CE course, what is the cost?
A: The price is normally $39.95 but we discount through your association to $20/cd which includes two financial models.
